Big Country was founded in 1998 by Jeffrey Clay Carley, who has been a local general contractor since 1988. Jeff has experience building everything from complete houses to retaining walls for islands in the St. Lawrence River. Jeff even spent a few years doing work for the local ETL testing facility, where he built testing laboratories and executive offices with his team.
